The new Jil Sander collection features traditional menswear items in modern glossy and matte PVC-based materials. The range features De Stijl-influenced patterning together with unconventional cuts and shoulder pads. The synthetic materials create a wacky and futuristic looking take on classic menswear items in a startling appearance. Although it may appear too shiny and surreal for some, the range will be perfect for others, and it will undoubtedly keep you dry on those rainy and humid summer days. The collection features nylon overcoats, nylon blazers, denims adorned with oriental patterns, parachute fabric bombers, and knee-length overcoats.
