Instanbul-based design firm geoID recently won the award for “Best Hotel Interior Design” for their renovation of the Maxx Royal Kemer Resort and Spa. The luxurious resort lies between some rocky headland and a vast stretch of sandy Turkish beach, and the new design takes its cue from its surroundings. The resort carries various themes that reflect the four elements of nature (water, air, fire, and bronze), and translate them into detail, decoration, and organic patterns.
