Louis Vuitton’s debuted their first ever unisex line of fragrances, giving us a trio of scents aimed at encapsulating the spirit of Los Angeles. Each scent was created by renowned French perfumer, Jacques Cavalier Belletrud and features three distinct scents — Sun Song, Cactus Garden, and Afternoon Swim. “Sun Song” is like a morning surf in Malibu and uses hints of orange blossom; “Cactus Garden” blends fresh cucumber with Calabrian bergamot and lemongrass; while “Afternoon Swim” has notes of orange, mandarin and bergamot.
There are also leather travel cases made specifically for the fragrances with artwork done by LA native Alex Israel. The cardboard packaging also gets Israel’s touches, even pulling in elements from his past work for some.
