For the second year running, Dior teams up with Parley for the Oceans to create a collection with an eye towards an eco-innovative, sustainable future for fashion. And Dior’s Summer 2023 Beachwear Capsule collection includes the Dior x Vissla wetsuit collection, created in collaboration with Vissla, the California-based clothing brand.
Handcrafted in Japan by manufacturing partner Axxe Wetsuits, the collection features proprietary quick-dry recycled jersey fabrics, custom recycled hollow fiber thermal liner, and premium Japanese foam.
The Dior x Vissla Wetsuit in a Navy Blue Eco-Sourced Neoprene with Diorivage Motif or a Gray Eco-Sourced Neoprene with CD Diamond Motif is a 3mm full suit that features the Dior signature on the chest and back, upcycled jersey panels, CD Diamond motif thermal jersey jacquard lining, and a chest U-zip closure with Parley zip pull. A spring suit, with shorter sleeves, is also available.
The Dior x Vissla Wetsuit Jacket in a Navy Blue Eco-Sourced Neoprene with Diorivage Motif, shares much of the same features as the wetsuit but the jacket has a front zip closure with Parley zip pull, and the Dior signature is more minor on the left upper chest and on a vertical panel on the back.
