The Snow Peak × TOKYO DESIGN STUDIO New Balance Niobium Concept 3 emerges as a groundbreaking collaboration. This third iteration of the innovative modular snow boot design combines cutting-edge technology with a touch of fashion flair, promising unparalleled protection and comfort in the coldest of conditions.

The outer shell of the Snow Peak x New Balance Niobium C_3 winter marvels is constructed from eVent, a waterproof yet breathable material, showcasing a white and gray gradient colorway inspired by snowy fields. The upper takes cues from Tokyo streetwear favorites of the 1990s, specifically the classic MT580. Loops and heel protrusions on the outer shell allow for traditional-style snowshoes to be threaded through, adding an extra layer of versatility.

The inner boot, insulated with lightweight and water-repellent PRIMALOFT®, features a dual-layer design that can be worn separately. The Cordura nylon upper is not only durable but also comes with an original graphic textile design inspired by the winter sky. To add an extra layer of visual intrigue, Snow Peak drew inspiration from the renowned 20th-century poet Kenji Miyazawa’s ‘Ame Nimo Makezu,’ giving these boots a poetic touch with contrast-hued excerpts from the poem.

The Vibram® XS Trek Evo outsole provides enhanced durability and grip on wet surfaces, ensuring a secure footing in unpredictable winter terrain. The ROLLBAR stability post system controls rear-foot movement for enhanced support, making these boots a reliable companion for outdoor winter shenanigans.
