Patek Philippe 5330G-001 World Time Date Presents Date Display Synchronized To Local Time Zone

The unveiling of Patek Philippe’s latest masterpiece, the Patek Philippe 5330G-001 World Time Date, at the prestigious Watches & Wonders Geneva 2024, marks a significant milestone in the evolution of timekeeping technology.

Patek Philippe’s legacy in watchmaking, spanning over 80 illustrious years, is a testament to the brand’s commitment to meticulous craftsmanship. The Worldtimers, in particular, hold a special place among connoisseurs. The journey began with the iconic Cottier watches and culminated in the reintroduction of the worldtimer complication in 2000 with the legendary 5110 model. Since then, Patek Philippe has continued to push the boundaries of innovation, leading to the birth of the 5330 series.

The 5330G-001 was inspired by a desire to enhance user experience and comfort. This new generation of worldtimers boasts a patented feature: a date display synchronized with the local time zone, a groundbreaking innovation that not only redefines convenience in global timekeeping but also adds a touch of practicality to this luxurious timepiece.

The Patek Philippe 5330G-001 is encased in white gold with elegant stepped lugs, its 40mm frame houses an opaline blue-gray dial with a carbon pattern. The patented central differential system ensures seamless synchronization between the local time and date.

The dial’s legibility is further enhanced by the transparent, red-tipped glass hand indicating the date along the periphery. Other features include white gold faceted baton-style hour markers with white luminescent coating, sapphire crystal over the dial, sapphire crystal case back, and water resistance up to 30 meters. The watch comes paired with a blue-gray calfskin strap featuring a denim pattern and secured by a white gold folding clasp.

The 5330G-001 is powered by the self-winding automatic caliber 240 HU C, which operates at 3Hz. It features a 22k gold micro-rotor, hours, minutes, world time, and pointer date functions, and has a 48-hour power reserve.

The Patek Philippe 5330G-001 World Time Date is now available for acquisition and retails for $76,590. For more information, please visit the official Patek Philippe website.
