A. Lange & Söhne Salon Opens in Mayfair, London

The luxury watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne unveiled its latest retail space, the new A. Lange & Söhne Salon, in London’s Mayfair district. This marks the city’s third retail location for the renowned German brand. Nestled on Davies Street, this salon uniquely blends history and modern elegance.

A. Lange & Söhne has a storied history dating back to its founding in 1845. The new salon is housed on the first floor of Bourdon House, a Grade II listed building with a rich heritage. Built in the 1720s, the Duke of Westminster later modernized the building, and served as his official London residence. Today, it is a beacon of luxury, surrounded by upscale shops, fine dining establishments, and world-class galleries, all within walking distance of Green Park and Hyde Park.

The interior of the A. Lange & Söhne Salon offers a cozy yet elegant lounge atmosphere. Bourdon House’s interior transformation aims to provide an inviting environment for guests to explore A. Lange & Söhne’s iconic timepieces. A standout feature of the salon is a unique clock highlighting the brand’s signature outsize date complication, a hallmark of its most celebrated creations. This design also pays homage to the renowned five-minute clock at the Dresden Semper Opera House.

Visitors can expect an experience with personalized services. The spacious 26m² salon offers a welcoming atmosphere where clients can receive expert advice and personal service. The carefully curated interior design, featuring meticulously selected materials and coordinated color schemes, invites guests to immerse themselves in the Saxon watchmaker’s rich heritage and innovative spirit.

The A. Lange & Söhne Salon in Mayfair is now open to the public. It is located at 2 Davies Street and is accessible Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Reservations are not required but are encouraged for those seeking a more personalized experience. For more information, please visit the official A. Lange & Söhne website.
