The Australian boutique Up There is joining the list of New Balance’s latest collaborations. The two brands partnered to give the classic 860v2 a fresh new look with its eye-catching color scheme.
Up There previously collaborated with New Balance for the 1906D and the 2002R ‘Backyard Legends.’ For their latest collaboration, the two brands draw inspiration from Australia’s vibrant natural landscapes, featuring shades of lime green, brown, and blue that reflect the country’s diverse environments comprising lush forests and vast coastlines. The shoe includes a new removable zippered blue lace shroud and various lace options, including lime, blue, pink, and seafoam green.
The 860v2 is constructed with mesh and synthetic overlays and includes ABZORB cushioning. It also includes a neoprene tongue, 990v6 mesh lining, and a ripstop carrying bag. A raffle for this release is currently open until October 30th via Up There. The sneaker is priced at $170, and in-store availability starts from November 1st at the Up There and New Balance website.
