Lexus and luxury appliance brand Monogram teamed up to create something special for culinary enthusiasts: the Monogram GX. This one-of-a-kind luxury SUV comes with cooking and bar features, making road trips a gourmet adventure by combining the Lexus GX with Monogram’s high-end kitchen appliances.
The idea behind the Monogram GX came from a shared vision between Lexus and Monogram: to elevate the travel experience for food and drink lovers. Debuting at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, this vehicle shows how luxury driving can go hand in hand with gourmet cooking. Monogram’s creative director, Richard T. Anuszkiewicz, led the design, which aimed to create a stylish and practical mobile kitchen.
The Monogram GX features a Monogram 30” Smart Flush Hearth Oven that’s handcrafted to mimic a wood-fired brick oven and accessible through the vehicle’s split liftgate, a Monogram Forge Heated Ice Press that creates ice spheres, a Wine & Spirits Bar located in the trunk’s driver-side door that includes glassware, bitters, a folding cutting board, and more, A rear cold drawer and an additional cold console compartment in the back seat, a Plating Station integrated into the trunk that has essential hearth-oven accessories, cutlery, and a trash bin for easy access during food prep.
The vehicle features two-toned camel leather with custom patterns, brass and titanium accents, and Dekton slate stone. Custom rims and unique exterior details complete the look. The Monogram GX is just a concept vehicle and not available for purchase. Its debut at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen on June 14th-16th will show what’s possible when luxury automotive design meets gourmet cooking. Lexus and Monogram haven’t announced any plans for mass production, so this elevated road trip experience remains a glimpse into what might be possible.
