The 66th Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA) is in full swing, and car makers from all over the world are revealing one sleek new creation after another. BMW is no exception, particularly with the unveiling of the new BMW M6 Coupe Competition Edition.

The BMW M6 Competition Edition soups up the M6 Coupe with the Competition Package, which gives the 4.4-L V8 petrol engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology an output of 600HP and 516 ft-lbs of torque. With the optional M Driver’s Package, it brings the BMW M6 Coupe to a top speed of 189.5 mph at 28.5 miles per gallon.

Form-wise, the BMW M6 Competition Edition comes in either Alpine White or Austin Yellow metallic. The Alpine White version features the same decorative bodywork stripes that the BMW M6 GT3 race version will have. The matte-black 20-inch M light-alloy wheels provides a sleek contrast to both color options.

Inside, the seats are lined with black fine-grain Merino full leather, with contrast stitching that matches the car’s exterior color option. Trim strips, the gear selector, and the Alcantara-lined M sports steering wheel’s spokes are all made from lightweight carbon fiber.

If you want one, contact your BMW dealer as soon as you can. Only 100 of the 2016 BMW M6 Competition Edition are coming to the U.S., each with a $165,895 price tag (with $995 destination shipping).
