Maison Margiela has just launched exclusive sneakers that will only be available in Barneys New York. The styles will be familiar to Maison Margiela aficionados as they are the two signature Future and Replica designs – this time, with a smooth, clean and luscious tanned leather aesthetic. The Future High-Top sneakers are made out of authentic Vachetta Italian leather with a subdued beige tone all over, laces that complement the color scheme and translucent brown outsoles that provide a sleek finish. There’s more tonal variation in the Replica Low-Top with panels on the shoe sporting different shades of beige. The shoes are available at Barneys now, with the Future retailing at $1100 and the Replica at $650.
