VIZIO and digital studio Everdream have teamed up to create Growth, a 14-minute short film that will make its World Premiere at the SXSW Film Festival taking place this weekend in Austin. The production team leveraged 6K RED DRAGON cameras and drone-mounted Ultra HD cameras to tell the story of 75 diverse individuals as they go through different chapters in life. The end result is captured from a bird’s-eye vantage point in vivid 4K quality. This is original content at its finest and as VIZIO sees the shortfall of 4K quality content out there, it serves a real purpose. Growth will debut on Saturday during the SXSW Film Festival.
