London-born bespoke motorcycle company Death Machines of London has just unveiled a new custom-made creation called Up Yours Copper. The model has been resurrected from the remains of the 2007 Triumph Thruxton and leftover electrical parts of a World War II Supermarine Spitfire fighter jet. Etched onto the bike is the quote, “faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death,” as a testament to the late American journalist, author and motorcycle enthusiast Dr. Hunter S. Thompson. The machine itself is impressive, with a Beluga Black aesthetic and a full custom exhaust system that is complete with ceramic coated pipes, a carbon fiber muffler, red light cluster and copper-plated nozzle.
