Japanese powerhouse Sony is set to release the behemoth of televisions with the new, state-of-the-art Z9D 4K HDR Android TV. The luxury development comes as part of the company’s Z series, which puts a great emphasis on innovative visual quality and high-end entertainment. With this model, Sony promises vivid clarity and a dynamic, unrivaled LED display, as a result of the new hardware. The Z9D features a 4K X-Reality PRO picture processor and a Backlight Master Drive, which controls brightness on individual LEDs. Like previous Sony TV’s, there is an excellent integration of Google’s Android TV interface and access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. The Z9D 4K is launching later this year and will be available in both 65- and 100-inch screen sizes.
