Carhartt WIP and Awake NY just dropped their third collaboration with their Carhartt WIP x Awake NY Spring/Summer 2023 capsule collection. The workwear silhouettes of Carhartt WIP lend themselves very well to the New York-based brand’s streetwear vibe to come up with the eight-piece offering.
In the digital campaign curated by Alastair McKimm, fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti puts the spotlight on the season’s collection that features co-branding, embroidery, and floral illustrations appearing on the OG Active Jacket and other Carhartt WIP garments in Dearborn Canvas. The iconic Awake NY Double Knee pants also get the same treatment as a hoodie and the varsity-inspired Teddy jacket in green and white. The capsule also includes knitwear such as Awake NY’s jacquard cardigan and embroidered Un Amor Beanie that features cobranding from the duo.
The Carhartt WIP x Awake NY collection will be available from the Carhartt WIP and Awake NY’s websites and select Carhartt WIP stores and global retailers on April 6th. In the meantime, check out the collection in the lookbook.
