Joe Freshgoods x New Balance ‘Beneath the Surface’ Collection is Ready for the Great Outdoors

New Balance and Joe Freshgoods are getting ready to drop their fifth collaborative project. We get to see the campaign images for the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance ‘Beneath the Surface’ collection released this week that features one of two new 610 colorways and a Rainier boot.

The 610, in a Latte with carrot colorway, features a mesh upper underlay, diamond knit mesh accents at the collar, and camo pattern embroidered suede overlays. We can also see the clear edges of the embroidery contrast, bright orange accents, distressed effect lug outsole, Joe Freshgoods branded insert, EVA midsole, and rubber outsoles.

The Rainier features a ripstop nylon camo upper underlay, green nubuck overlay, brass eyelets, and a co-branded mountain logo tongue label and insert. It is also fitted with a Vibram® outsole, GORE-TEX® membrane, EVA midsole, and rubber outsole. It comes in a Rifle green and black colorway.

The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance ‘Beneath the Surface’ 610 retails for $160, while the Rainier boot retails for $220. Both are slated to drop on April 28th at the New Balance website and select retailers. Keep an eye out for release info for the second 610 colorway dropping sometime after.
