Bremont Introduces Bronze And Steel Jumping Hour Timepieces

Bremont introduces two new jumping hour watches to its Terra Nova lineup: the Terra Nova Jumping Hour Bronze and the Terra Nova 40.5 Jumping Hour. These timepieces highlight the brand’s evolving design philosophy, driven by the distinctive Terra Nova case, featuring bold angular lugs.

The Jumping Hour Bronze features a 38mm bronze case, while the 40.5 Jumping Hour is housed in a 40.5 standard steel case. Both models are powered by the exclusive automatic BC634 Jumping Hour caliber with a 56-hour power reserve.

The bronze version stands out with its distinct dial that is covered by a bronze case top with vertical apertures for the hour, minutes, and seconds. The layout exudes a vintage appeal, which is further emphasized by a compass-inspired running seconds indicator and the use of retro-inspired fonts. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters.

The standard steel version features a black lacquer dial with the hour and minute apertures positioned at 9 o’clock and a large, centrally mounted seconds hand. The hour numerals, cardinal triangles, and seconds hand are coated in Super-LumiNova for enhanced legibility against the black background. Water resistance is rated at 100 meters.

Both models come with a quick-release bracelet or a leather strap. Only 100 pieces of the Terra Nova Jumping Hour Bronze are released, available for $5,650 for the bracelet version and $5,200 for the leather option. The Terra Nova 40.5 Jumping Hour is priced at $4,300 for the bracelet and $4,000 for the leather strap. For more information, visit the Bremont website.
