Following its recent collaboration with Mephisto on the hybrid Break Spectrum silhouette, 18 East returns with a new linen collection that stays true to its mission of crafting ‘handmade gear for the natural world.’
Led by Antonio Ciongoli, 18 East’s latest collection includes a range of relaxed staples, durable workwear, and breezy summer pieces. A standout in the lineup is the Brera Tailored Jacket made from linen twill and styled like a blazer with a two-button front, patch pockets, low-gorped lapels, side vents, and button cuffs. The Kell Single Pleat Trouser is paired with the blazer, made from the same twill fabric and finished with a hidden coin pocket and elastic half back.
Other key pieces include the Hollow Half-Zip Shirt, which nods to classic San Francisco workwear styles, and the Shelter Short, now updated with a Hollywood waistband, cropped length, and buttoned back pocket.
Apart from linen, the collection includes cotton styles like the handwoven Peter polo and vintage-inspired Ian tee.
18 East’s new collection will be available starting May 23rd via the brand’s website and New York studio at 146 Elizabeth Street.
