Forward thinking brand Needles, a branch of the streetwear umbrella company Nepenthes, has just unveiled its Spring/Summer 2017 collection lookbook, displaying a cultural intermingling of UK sportswear, American workwear and traditional Japanese fashion. Spearheaded by the creative owner and director Keizo Shimizu, Needles captures a “personal viewpoint on what garments should be, resulting in a bohemian/west-coast centric inspired direction.” This particular collection works with a diverse range of textiles and materials and incorporates some fun with geometric prints.
