Telegraph‘s reporting that British Airways is going to allow data and text usage only on BA’s business-class-only flights from the smaller London City airport to New York’s JFK. No word on what type of rate plans or roaming agreements will be implemented but don’t surprised when that cell phone bill comes in and its packed with roaming charges.
