Creep by Hiroshi Awai Herringbone Vest

Creep by Hiroshi Awai Herringbone Vest

Originally founded in 1997 by Kiyofumi Awai in Osaka, Japan, Creep is now a label now offered in select U.S. stores. Hiroshi Awai took over as menswear creative director last year, brining a new direction to the project. Hiroshi has focused his energy on fusing his Japanese designs with classic American work-wear.  Online retailer Blackbird has a few pieces from Creep’s fall/winter collection, including these herringbone vest and pant separates.

The waistcoat is a wool+acrylic+polyester blend, fitted with 100% cotton lining and back and wood buttons. “This thoughtfully made vest features a curved notch lapel, two small buttoned chest pockets, flap pockets, a subtle ticket pocket on the front, and a striped, cream-colored cotton back.”

Vest is $128, Pants are $185. Hit the jump for more images.
