Yves Saint Laurent has an affinity for Morocco’s Pink City which led to the company’s co-founder to create the Yves Saint Laurent Museum Marrakech.
Phaidon has laid out the development of the Yves Saint Laurent Museum in a new book which documents the 1,423 days during which the museum was designed, built and opened. The publication opens with a heartfelt foreword from Berge’s widow, Madison Cox. This book helps to show the beautiful relationship between Berge and Yves Saint Laurent while also being a tribute to Morocco.
The Yves Saint Laurent Museum Marrakech is available in a standard edition for $49.95 USD or a luxury edition that comes packaged in a linen slipcase with gold edges for $150 USD. This can be found on the Phaidon website and is available now.
