Sony will be releasing its first-ever ultra-customizable controller worldwide on January 26th. Developed by PlayStation, the new DualSense Edge is built to allow custom controls tailored to a player’s playstyle.
The new controller includes several personalization options like button remapping, options to swap between multiple control profiles, an on-controller user interface, and the ability to fine-tune stick sensitivity and triggers. The DualSense Edge also includes the signature DualSense wireless controller features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.
In addition to the controller itself, the bundle comes with two standard caps, two high-dome caps, two low-dome caps, two half-dome back buttons, two lever-back buttons, connector housing, a USB braided cable, and a carrying case.
Sony’s DualSense Edge PS5 controller comes with a $199.99 price tag and will be available for pre-order at select retailers in the US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg starting October 25th. It will be available globally starting January 26th and at other retailers from February 23rd.
