The London-based menswear designer Nicholas Daley recently revealed his collaborative project to reimagine the G.H. BASS Weejuns Loafer. Handcrafted in El Salvador, the Nicholas Daley x G.H. BASS Weejuns Horsebit Loafer is a modern take on the classic horsebit loafers.
The artisan hand-stitched Nicholas Daley x G.H. BASS Weejuns Horsebit Loafer features a lightweight EVA Super Lug sole construction. It has uppers crafted from a blend of suede, embossed croc, and burnished leather that delivers a subtle two-tone effect. It also sports a nickel horse bit ornament with a brushed and polished finish, contrasting thread, and a cross blanket stitch on the toe cap.
Available in burgundy/chocolate or navy/black colorways, the Nicholas Daley x G.H. BASS Weejuns Horsebit Loafer retails for around $203 and can be purchased through the Nicholas Daley website.
