Birkenstock just revealed its latest collaborative project with Copenhagen-based brand, Tekla. The Birkenstock x Tekla limited collection of footwear and sleepwear blends Birkenstock’s iconic silhouettes and Tekla’s classic minimalist designs and is inspired by the dream-like states that foster creativity.
The Birkenstock x Tekla footwear and sleepwear limited collection features a curated selection of sandals, shirts, shorts, and pants in luxurious fabrics and materials. All the pieces are thematically drawing from inner calmness and the essence of home. The color palette for the capsule collection includes rich tones of Powder, Wheat, Straw, Mauve, and Slate.
Highlight pieces in the collection include crisp poplin weave Kaftan tunics, oversized shirts, and elastic-waisted pants. These are paired with Birkenstock Nagoya and Uji sandals, made of Cazador suede outer construction and lined with shearling.
The Birkenstock x Tekla footwear and sleepwear limited collection is scheduled to drop on October 17th. It will be available from the Tekla website, the Birkenstock 1774 webstore, and other select retailers.
