Jacquemus Opens First US Boutique In SoHo, New York

Jacquemus has officially opened its first-ever US store in Manhattan SoHo. Named ‘The New York Boutique,’ the store is within a charming brick 19th-century townhouse and draws inspiration from the neighborhood’s artistic heritage.

The two-story boutique measures 2,906 square feet (270 square meters) and blends Parsian and Provincial elegance. It is the result of a collaboration between Simon Porte Jacquemus and the architecture firm OMA. The interior design, curated by OMA, balances warmth and minimalism by using light wood, white stucco, and flooring inspired by French castle pavements. Banana yellow curtains add a vibrant touch. An Italian iron artisan crafts the clothing racks and staircase railings and complements the overall aesthetic of the boutique.

The store also features carefully curated furniture pieces by Frank Lloyd Wright, Bertrand Lacroix, and Jean Dunand. Artworks from Aristide Maillol, Joan Miró, Peter Schlesinger, Pierre Bonnard, and Wolfgang Tillmans further elevate the space’s artistic feel. Construction began in November 2023, and it is now open to the public. For details on the operating hours and complete address, visit the brand’s website.
