UNIMATIC Unveils Two Limited Edition Timepieces Inspired By Italian Rationalist Architecture

UNIMATIC released two limited-edition timepieces inspired by Italian Rationalism. The U2-RA and the U1-FL models feature a mid-20th-century design while capturing the contrasting moods of day and night. 

The U2-RA is crafted for daytime wear. It features an all-black design with a sleek, luminescence-free scientific dial. Its minimalist design embodies the essence of Rationalist architecture and appeals to those who value understated elegance and precision during the day. 

The second watch, U1-FL, is the brand’s first fully luminous model, making it perfect for nighttime use. Coated entirely in Super-LumiNova C, this model ensures exceptional readability in low-light conditions. It also embraces the minimalist aesthetic with its simple dial and sterile bezel. 

Both models are powered by the Seiko NH35A automatic caliber. Only 100 examples of each model are produced, and they are available on UNIMATIC’s website. The U2-RA is priced at €525, while the U1-F is priced at €650, excluding tax.
