Cadillac Unveils Its First All-Electric V-Series Vehicle, The LYRIQ-V

Cadillac has introduced the 2026 Cadillac LYRIQ-V, marking the first all-electric addition to its high-performance V-Series lineup. Combining the signature performance, luxury, and advanced technology that define the V-Series, the LYRIQ-V represents a bold step into the future of electric vehicles.

The LYRIQ-V sets a new standard for luxury electric performance, featuring a standard dual motor all-wheel drive. With a Cadillac-estimated 615 hp and 650 lb-ft (880 Nm) of torque, it can accelerate from 0 to 60 in just 3.3 seconds with Velocity Max, making it the quickest Cadillac ever produced. A 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack powers the LYRIQ-V, enabling a Cadillac-estimated range of 285 miles. Standard Continuous Damping Control, a lowered multi-link suspension, and a quicker steering ratio refine handling.

The vehicle’s performance can further be customized with V-Mode by pushing the V button on the steering wheel or via the Drive Mode app on the LED display. V-Mode includes Competitive Mode, which enhances the vehicle’s agility through advanced traction management. V-Mode also enables a unique multi-layered sound experience by synchronizing interior and exterior signature sounds.

The sporty exterior of the LYRIQ-V exudes power and refinement. It features a distinctive design given by its unique lower front fascia and side rockers, body-colored lower trim, carbon fiber accents, 22-inch wheels with a dark sport finish and an etched V-Series logo, unique chin spoiler, and rockers, and a V-pattern mesh on the front lower grille. In addition, Magnus Metal Frost is offered as an exclusive limited exterior color option. A black-painted roof and the Black Crystal Shield with integrated lighting enhance the car’s sporty aesthetic.

Inside, the LYRIC-V’s cabin includes a 33-inch-diagonal advanced LED display paired with a dual-plane Augmented Reality Head Up Display, a panoramic fixed glass roof, and a 23-speaker AKG9 Studio Audio System with Dolby Atmos. The interior is also distinguishable with several elements, including the steering wheel uniquely styled with the V-Series logo, the V-Mode button, a sport rim with sculpted hand grips, an aluminum Regen On Demand paddle, a signature V-Series illuminated sill plate, power-adjustable seat bolsters, seat cushions, and an advanced Infotainment experience.

The 2026 LYRIQ-V will be available in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, with additional global markets to be announced. Production is set to begin in early 2025, with pricing starting at $79,990. For more details, visit the brand’s website.
