Mattel And Ferrari Announce New Hot Wheels Collaboration

Mattel unveiled a new partnership with Ferrari at the Nuremberg International Toy Fair to produce a full range of Hot Wheels products. This collaboration will bring the Prancing Horse back to Hot Wheels for the first time in over a decade.

The two brands have collaborated several times, and 26 models have been launched since 1968. The new line builds on the previous die-cast collection, offering everything from limited edition models available exclusively through Mattel Creations to 1:64 scale die-casts and remote-controlled models. Ferrari models, including classic, modern, and technologically advanced race and road cars, will be featured.

Roberto Stanichi, the executive vice president of Hot Wheels and Head of Vehicles & Building Sets at Mattel, remarked, ‘It was a passion project for the Hot Wheels team to deliver authentic visions of these iconic Ferrari models for the next generation of car lovers to enjoy while, at the same time, creating something extra-special for collectors to appreciate.’

The first product release will take place this spring, with the first die-cast model available for pre-order at Mattel Creations. Additional models will be released throughout 2025 and will be available worldwide. Stay tuned for more information on the Mattel Creations website.
