Franklin and Marshall: American wear from Italy

ss-2009-franklin-marshall-online

Franklin and Marshall is an Italian fashion label that started in 1999 with a 70s Franklin and Marshall University (Lancaster, Pennsylvania) sweatshirt Giuseppe Albarelli and Anrea Pensiero found in a second-hand market in London. And now? The label’s a well-known “exporter” of American-college style to Italy and Europe as a whole.

They’re spring and summer collection stays the path with bright college tees, horizontal-striped polos and a fitted classic hoodie. Franklin and Marshall have recently launched an eshop as well to make things a bit more accessible.

More images after the jump.

Not all the pieces from it’s S/S ’09 collection are online yet, but patience is a virtue, my friends.
