With the release of VSCO Cam 4.0 for iOS 8 comes an accompanying iPad app as well as a new publishing platform called VSCO Journal. Journal is very photo driven and leverages visual imagery you’ve edited through VSCO to help you tell stories. The new platform will help users create long-form content with engaging photos and powerful text, helping to further the global arts community. Soon, Journal will feature Vimeo, YouTube, and SoundCloud compatibility. To kick things off, VSCO Journal will be used by The FADER as well as fashion photographer Tommy Ton where The FADER will be sharing retrospective narratives from their 15-year archive and Tommy will give an exclusive behind the scenes look at his process and philosophy on a shoot.
