The official teaser trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has finally been released by director Zack Snyder. Ben Affleck will make his debut as Batman with Henry Cavill returning as the Man of Steel. The film’s premise is questioning whether Superman is really a defender of humankind or a potential threat. “The fever, the rage… The feeling of powerlessness that turns good men cruel,” says Alfred (played by Jeremy Irons), hinting at a standoff between the two superheroes. The trailer shows footage of Batman flying and driving through explosions and staring down Superman, then saying: “Do you bleed? You will.” The movie is a follow-up to the events in Snyder’s 2013 movie ‘Man of Steel’. Amy Adams will be reprising her role as Lois Lane, whilst Jesse Eisenberg and Gal Gadot will be introduced as Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman respectively. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will release in theatres on March 25th 2016.
