Ford has finally revealed the Ford GT variant it’s entering in to Le Mans 2016. A dressed-up, souped-up version of its sports car counterpart, this Ford GT will participate in next year’s Le Mans event in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Ford’s victory in Le Mans 1966. The new Ford GT sports a twin-turbocharged 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine and will compete in the Le Mans GTE-Pro category. In case you miss it at the Le Mans, the Ford GT will also race at the TUSCC and FIA WEC events next year.
