The Black Tux, known for their seamless online tux rental service, is partnering with New York-based label Ovadia & Sons to introduce new tux and suit styles to their lineup. In the mix is a new suit and tuxedo as well as shirting and accessories. You can order separately or combined for two full looks. There’s a tan, notched lapel suit as well as a double breasted wool and mohair tuxedo. the pleated bib front shirt is a stand out, as are the three patterned handkerchiefs and reversible black and white cufflinks.
Until now, all the pieces available were designed in-house from The Black Tux offices in Santa Monica. Ovadia & Sons will be the first of many partnerships that bring accessibility to product that would cost a ton elsewhere. Heck, I’m ready to pre-order a suit for my friend’s wedding right now.
