From Nigel Cabourn and Timex comes the ‘Referee” watch, the duo’s second collaborative effort. Where the first was a military-inspired field watch, Cabourn pulled back to his boyhood in the 1950s and the love for football for this one. The Referee watch mates its 40mm stainless steel case to a cream dial with custom artwork referencing the 45-minute referees’ stopwatch and a domed acrylic crystal. The custom fluted crown and etched caseback round things off. Army mending kit packaging houses the watch and two interchangeable straps: a slip-thru style strap featuring the iconic football colours of “claret and blue” and the other a classic black leather.
