New Balance 2002R ‘Rain Cloud’ Silhouette Captures Neutral Aesthetic

The New Balance 2002R has been a favorite for collaborative projects, recently with AURALEE, thisisneverthat, and Bryant Giles. Now, the brand reveals the new “Rain Cloud” colorway as a non-collab release.

Bright neutrals cover the NB2002R Rain Cloud from top to bottom, its uppers are dressed in a light grey color flowing down to the suede overlays along the heels and toe tips. The “Angora” hue on the N logos, mesh underlays, and laces bring in a light contrast, while “Sweet Caramel” fills accents on the lower heels and the N logo on the flap. Sneakerheads are given N-ERGY cushioning in the midsoles for improved comfort.

NB2002R Rain Cloud is now available through select global retailers with a US release yet to be announced. Stay tuned for that.
