Woolrich previews the Fall/Winter 2023 collection presented during Milan Fashion Week that honors its American heritage. The collection is divided into three themes with re-imagined iconic shapes, purpose-driven tech fabrics, and updated classics with new colorways, patterns, and luxury materials.
The “Western Outdoors” theme takes inspiration from the history of American sportswear and flannel shirts with pieces that take the familiar silhouettes and gives them a new spin like Western Down Vests and Quilted Patchwork Parkas.
The “Urban Explorers” theme takes purpose-driven materials to transform utilitarian pieces into go-to clothing for daily wear. It includes the Sierra Supreme Parka, the modern interpretation of iconic Sierra Woolrich, and the Matt Stretch Puffer Jacket, which uses a four-way stretch fabric, water-resistance, and duck-down insulation.
Completing the collection are pieces in “The Classics” theme that brings back brand classics and updates them with fusion looks. It uses luxury materials like natural wool and cashmere. The collection includes a Knitted Puffer Jacket, a hybrid quilted puffer jacket with knitted sleeves, and the minimalist Melton 2-in-1 Peacoat.
Colors in the collection are earthy browns, beiges, and creams with autumn shades of oranges, reds, purples, greens, and blues. Check out the images in the lookbook above.
