Tuthill reveals the new GT ONE, the ultimate road performance vehicle. It is designed as a tribute to the GT1 race class for Le Mans from the 1990s and was inspired by a conversation between Tuthill and Elliot Ross.
Florian Flatau, a California-based designer, aesthetically designs the Tuthill GT ONE. It incorporates exceptional materials throughout the car, boasting a full carbon-fiber body that extends to the front and rear clams, doors, and roof. Integrated within the bodywork is an FIA-based rollover protection system (ROPS), ensuring safety alongside its sleek design. For superior handling and feel, the car is equipped with Pilot Sport 4 S tires.
Under the hood, the car is powered by a high-performance 4.0-liter, 6-cylinder engine, available in both naturally aspirated and forced induction versions. The former produces over 500 BHP, while the latter produces over 600 BHP. Both manual and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission choice options are available. The car is also equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, new brake calipers, and twin wishbone front and rear suspension, which reduces its weight to 1200 kg, further enhancing its performance.
The GT ONE is a prime example of Tuthill’s commitment to pushing boundaries for automotive excellence. Only 22 units of this highly exclusive supercar will be produced, each car taking 3,500 hours to build. The GT ONE debuted at The Quail on August 16th.
