Diptyque Releases New Les Essences De Diptyque Collection Inspired By Nature’s Overlooked Treasures

Diptyque expands its olfactory range with a new Les Essences de Diptyque collection inspired by nature’s overlooked treasures. The collection features five new Eau de Parfums: Bois Corsé, Corail Oscuro, Lilyphéa, Lunamaris, and Rose Roche. Each fragrance is inspired by a different aspect of nature, drawing from the beauty and essence of elements like forest trails, corals, water lilies, mother-of-pearls, and desert roses.

Bois Corsé is inspired by the winding forest trails and is infused with sandalwood and coffee-like aromas, giving it a rich, woody, and ambery fragrance. Corail Oscuro captures the essence of corals with its captivating mix of floral and mineral notes, highlighted by a dominant mandarin aroma.

Lilyphéa’s channels the poetic beauty of water lilies in impressionist art, featuring sweet Madagascan vanilla complemented by warm, green notes. Lunamaris, powered by rockrose, offers a spicy scent inspired by the enchanting shimmer of mother-of-pearls. Lastly, Rose Roche draws inspiration from the desert rose, featuring a vibrant blend of Sicilian and Calabrian lemon notes.

Diptyque has also updated its signature ovoid perfume bottle for this collection. The new bottles appear rectangular when viewed from the front but showcase round edges when observed from a bird’s-eye view. They are topped with a black spherical stopper, giving them a modern yet classic aesthetic.

The Les Essences de Diptyque collection will be available from September 3rd through Diptyque’s boutiques and website. Each fragrance will be available in 100ml sizes for $2,500 HKD (approx. $320). However, customers who want all five scents in their collection can purchase the Discovery set, which consists of 10ml bottles of all five scents, for $1,600 HKD (around $205).
