Union LA has been known for its curated selections of up-and-coming designers and unique high-end global brands. Its most recent collaboration with J. Crew, the limited edition Union LA x J. Crew capsule collection, stems from an overlap of the two brand’s ethos.
The Union LA x J. Crew capsule collection is a reimagining of proportions, drape, and color through a streetwear and high fashion lens. It features knit sweaters, tees, pants, shirts, jackets, and a cap in a selection of muted colors with hits of earth hues.
Highlight pieces in the collection include the oversized Union LA X J.Crew alpaca-blend sweater in checkerboard that features a verdigris and chestnut oversized checkerboard pattern, the Union LA X J.Crew pieced rugby shirt with a contrast placket and rubber buttons in asymmetrical color blocks, the Union LA X J.Crew cotton herringbone chore jacket paired with the Union LA X J.Crew cotton herringbone painter pants that both feature a fine herringbone weave, the Union LA X J.Crew shirt, and drawstring pants in sashiko plaid cotton blend, and the Union LA X J.Crew embroidered herringbone cap.
