Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 2023 Collection Debuts Steel Watches

Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 collection was launched in 2019, and until now, the various timepieces in the line were only available in white or pink gold, with or without ceramic accents. The newest Code 11.59 changes that with the first stainless steel watches of the line.

The Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 2023 collection has a new stamped rippled dial pattern, designed in collaboration with Swiss guilloché artisan Yann von Kaenel, new elongated hour markers, and is available in three-hand and chronograph models for a total of six references in dark green, smoked beige, and the brand’s signature Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50 shade of blue.

The 41mm timepieces feature stylized open-worked lugs, an ultra-thin bezel, an octagonal case middle, a double curved sapphire crystal vertically curved from 12 to 6 o’clock, steel bezel, lugs, and case back, brushed surface finishes, and hand-polished accents. The Smoked beige in time-and-date and chronograph models feature a gradient color scheme and a black ceramic dial, case middle, and crown. All references come with the standard 30 meters’ water resistance.

Remaining the same from previous models in the series are the movements. The three-hand models are still powered by the in-house 4Hz caliber 4302 with a 70h power reserve, while the chronographs still use the integrated chronograph caliber 4401 with a column wheel and flyback function. Both movements have a solid pink gold rotor, visible through the sapphire case back.

The Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Self-Winding watch carries a $25,300 price tag for the green and blue models and $27,800 for the smoked beige. The Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Chronograph blue and green models carry a $35,000 price tag, while the smoked beige comes in at $37,400.
