Brazilian luxury brand Frescobol Carioca launches its Spring/Summer 2023 collection inspired by Rio de Janeiro’s culture, local activities, beaches, and iconic sports. The collection will be dropped in two installments.
The Coastal Cabana early release for Spring/Summer 2023 showcases pieces inspired by sun-soaked verandas and the calm ocean breeze, including knitwear pieces, silk shirts, and signature linens.
Also in the collection is Frescobol Carioca’s first sneaker, a 70’s retro-themed footwear that features a suede and leather two-tone upper and a 100% mesh lining.
The main collection, called Beach Games, drops later this season. The summer essentials collection will feature new terry cotton styles, retro-inspired prints, a lightweight linen coach jacket, and other pieces that expand the brand’s athleisure range celebrating Rio’s favorite pastimes, frescobol and futevôlei (footvolley). Also making an appearance is the reintroduction of the brand’s Brazilian swimwear line, Sunga, as well as the addition of the futevôlei ball accessory.
Colors for the season play with shades of clear water and lake blue to complement a seasonal color palette, navy, cotton white, bright paprika, and cotton green.
