Hodinkee, in collaboration with Scotland-based watch manufacturer anOrdain, launches the anOrdain Model 3 Limited Edition for Hodinkee timepiece.
The 25-piece limited edition collection features the world’s first hand-engraved sunburst enamel dial in the new anOrdain Model 3 case. The handcrafted engraving technique took over two years to reach a state of technical finesse so that no two dials are the same.
Housed in the new 39mm Model 3 case with a slight bezel, slim profile, and fine lugs, the watch features a deep gray-hued hand-engraved sunburst enamel dial, oversized art deco numerals, white hour markers, compass needle-inspired syringe-style hands, sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides, New York City engraving and a unique production number out of the 25 on the caseback, and holding it are 20mm spring bar-style gray leather and suede straps.
Powering the ultra-exclusive anOrdain Model 3 Limited Edition for Hodinkee is the Elaboré grade Sellita SW300 movement. The automatic movement was assembled and regulated in-house, based on the ETA 2892-A2, and has a 42-hour power reserve.
Limited to only 25 timepieces, the anOrdain Model 3 Limited Edition for Hodinkee is sold exclusively at the Hodinkee Shop for a retail price of $6,000.
