Bowers & Wilkins Launches 800 Series Signature With 801 D4 and 805 D4 Signature Home Speakers

Bowers & Wilkins launches the 800 Series Signature with two new additions to its catalog. The 801 D4 Signature and 805 D4 Signature were inspired by the brand’s 1991 Silver Signature loudspeaker.

Created with the base 801 D4 and 805 D4 models as the jumping-off points, the new speakers get upgrades and redesigns that elevate the new entries into works of art.

The 801 D4 Signature tower speaker features a Diamond Dome tweeter, aluminum top-plate, a Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing, Leather by Connolly cabinet detailing, an all-new tweeter grille, and an upgraded rear-mounted crossover. There are two color options available, full-grain blue leather for the Midnight Blue Metallic model and full-grain black leather for the California Burl Gloss model. Measuring 48.1” tall and 17.8” wide, the 801 D4 Signature retails for $50,000 a pair.

The smaller 805 D4 Signature stand-mount loudspeaker features a Diamond Dome tweeter, a Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing, an all-new tweeter grille, and an upgraded crossover. The 17.3” tall and 9.4” wide 805 D4 Signature is available in Midnight Blue Metallic or California Burl Gloss and carries a retail price of $6,000 each.

Both the 801 D4 Signature and the 805 D4 Signature are available now from the Bowers & Wilkins webstore.
