Medicom Toy’s hotly collectible BE@RBRICK is the subject of another collaborative project. This time, the Japanese brand paired up with Rinaro Isodynamic, the acoustic engineering company, to deliver the BE@RBRICK AUDIO 400% Portable Bluetooth Speaker.
Measuring 5 x 5 x5inches, the BE@RBRICK AUDIO 400% Portable Bluetooth Speaker features flexible joints that allow for seated or standing playback and features a replaceable Lithium-Ion 10.36Wh battery, 20mm tweeters in the ears and bespoke 40mm wideband woofers in the hermetically sealed head. The speaker has a battery quick charging time of 1.5 hours via USB-C and can go up to 6 hours of playtime.
The BE@RBRICK AUDIO 400% Portable Bluetooth Speaker functionality features include stereo pairing technology for two-speaker BE@RBRICK AUDIO linking, QUAD’360™ audio technology, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, iOS® or Android® device pairing, one-touch setup, and skip track and volume adjustment functions by twisting the bear’s hands.
The BE@RBRICK AUDIO 400% Portable Bluetooth Speaker will retail for $499 and will come in Clear, Smoke, and Black variants. Limited pieces are available for pre-order, with the global drop expected in November via the BE@RBRICK AUDIO site and globally via select retailers.
