Ressence, the Belgian luxury watch manufacturer, revealed the newest entry to its TYPE 3 line, the world’s first oil-filled mechanical watch, at Geneva Watch Days 2023. The Ressence TYPE 3 EE Eucalyptus features a soft eucalyptus green hue to join the extant black and white models.
The 44mm TYPE 3 Eucalyptus features a grade 5 Titanium case construction that has two separate sealed chambers with the upper one filled with 3.75 ml of oil, a domed sapphire crystal top and bottom with anti-reflective coating, a convex Grade 5 Titanium dial with four eccentric biaxial satellites, engraved indices filled with blue Superluminova, and 10-meter splash-resistance. The watch comes with a Gray Honeycomb strap with an Ardillon buckle.
The in-house self-winding ROCS 3.5 caliber powers the Ressence TYPE 3 Eucalyptus, which features a caseback winding and day/date/time setting, magnetic Transmission, Compensating Bellows System, 28,800 vibrations per hour, 47 jewels, 44 gears, and a 36-hour power reserve.
The Ressence Green TYPE 3 EE Eucalyptus is scheduled to go on sale in October and is expected to retail for around $43,400. For more information, please visit the Ressence website.
