CELINE Teases SS19 Show With Parisian Art Book

CELINE recently revealed that Hedi Slimane”s first show as the head of the fashion house will take place on September 28 at Hôtel des Invalides. Completed in 1676, the are was originally designed as a hospital for military veterans, it is now home to a few museums, and a church, and the tombs of French war heroes, including Napoleon.

But that is not the only thing that Slimane did for this show to show his love for architecture. In addition, CELINE has teased images of the SS19 show invitations, which come in the form of a canvas-covered art book. Contained within are 14 photos that highlight Parisian nightlife destinations that Slimane frequents, including cafes, historical clubs, and music venues. All of these are covered with bold text that displays information about the runway show. Check out a selection below.
