AMI SS24 Shows Refined Minimalism for Paris Fashion Week

Alexandre Mattiussi’s AMI Spring/Summer 2024 collection, presented at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin arena for Paris Fashion Week, reflected the minimalist mood of the collection.

The SS24 collection features sharply defined shoulders and fluid shapes, with a silhouette that follows the body’s form and movement. Pastels, natural summer colors, lighter tones, and AMI’s black and white stripes are represented, while lush fabrics and casual sartorial pieces show elongated proportions.

Highlight pieces include oversized suiting paired with low-cut tees, sequined button-downs and slip skirt constructions, ultra-short leather bottoms, full leather sets, pastel silk tops, and over-the-knee-length pleated shorts.

Accessories in the collection included the Paris-Paris signature bag, the Paname-Paname bag, the cushion-shaped lambskin monochrome Voulez-Vous with a leather-wrapped chain; an AMI wide stripe version of the house’s iconic Déjà-Vu signature bag, and the brand’s first range of unisex sunglasses.
