Girard-Perregaux Neo Constant Escapement Only Watch Edition Inspired by Bridges Collection

Girard-Perregaux’s offering for this year’s Only Watch biennial charity auction is the Neo Constant Escapement Only Watch Edition. The one-of Haute Horlogerie creation, an evolution of the prototype first produced in 2008, uses the brand’s constant force technology and is inspired by the Swiss watch manufacturer’s Bridges collection.

The 45mm Girard-Perregaux Neo Constant Escapement Only Watch Edition features a sandblasted 18K pink gold case, sapphire anti-reflective ‘box,’ sapphire crystal case back, openworked dial with ring displaying suspended blue lume-filled indexes, purple-hued silicium components, black nickel treated centrally positioned dauphin style hour and minute hands, spindle seconds hand, affixed with a black rubber strap with fabric effect, pink gold triple folding buckle, and water resistance of up to three meters.

The Girard-Perregaux Neo Constant Escapement Only Watch Edition runs on the Caliber GP09200-2196 hand-wound mechanical movement with constant escapement. It features 266 components, 29 jewels, a power reserve indicator visible at the 9 o’clock position, and a 7-day power reserve.
