A Ma Maniére is quickly solidifying its ability to marry design and storytelling with its take on the Air Jordan 12 through a short film to accompany the launch.
The brand released a ‘She’s the Blueprint’ short film that outlines the inspiration for the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 12 collaboration, a piece that serves as a love letter to Black women and their perseverance through daily challenges and obstacles that drive and shape generations of style and social consciousness.
There are two colorways created for the collaboration. The first drops this month and comes with premium suede uppers in a Black/Burgundy colorway, while the premium leather White/Burgundy pair will arrive in March. Both sneakers feature quilted liners and AMM branding on metallic eyelets, tongues, and heels.
The collaboration will also include a down-filled co-branded MJ-print jacquard puffer, a set composed of a nylon shirt and pants, a suede knit Tracksuit, and monogram jacquard Hoodies and tees.
The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 12 will retail for $225, with sizes ranging from Men’s 3.5/ Women’s 5 to Men’s 14/ Women’s 15.5. The sneakers will be released on February 24th at amamaniere.com at 11 AM ET, while the white pair will be released on March 2nd.
